Below is the proof of age and experience are important to the workforce in any country.

Age and experience, the two main elements that are important to the workforce in any country. Why so? Let's list out four examples of the combination between age and experience.

First example: Young age without experience.
A person who is young with no experience would not succeed because the skills are very important no matter in what kind of job. Although joining the workforce at a young age is important so that we can learn fast at that certain period, but just learning fast is definitely not leading to success because you do not have the experience of how to really execute that certain skill precisely and effectively.

Second example: Old age with experience.
A person like the second scenario will also not succeed because starting to work at a young age is very important too in the workforce. Would the company hire this person or another who is young and have experience? It is obviously the second person. Albeit having experience is essential in the workforce but gradually you will be eliminated as the world is improving and everything is changing. An old person would not adapt as quickly as a young person and eventually lose out.

Third example: Old age with no experience.
( Combine evaluations for 1st and 2nd examples)

Fourth example: Young age with experience
A person who possess these two elements is definitely going to succeed. Having a young age with experience will definitely bring you closer to the finish line because there are two big advantages. Companies will definitely have a high demand of these type of people because being young can be a advantage to adapt quickly and learn new skills swifter. Having experience is also a pro because only then you can know how to handle tough problems and execute which exact skill to resolve the problem effectively and accurately.

Below is the article contribution to a youth magazine.

Young generations for the future, I am Dr Tan, currently the world's fastest man. I want to encourage you to set worthwhile goals and work towards them. You see, goals are essential in life. Without them, even you have perseverance and determination, you wouldn't succeed in life because you do not have a goal that you should be heading towards. And setting goals is really a tough job because you must set goals that are achievable even it seems unachievable. You cannot set a goal that is ridiculous like ' I must train my flying skills so that I can be batman!', which is obviously and scientifically impossible. So, setting goals is very important, you must set realistic goals and work toward your targets. You also wouldn't fulfil your dream if you plainly set goals and do nothing. Effort also plays a vital role in succeeding. You must put in a lot of effort in order to reach the star you want to grab. Not enough effort put in would definitely result as failure. Hence, setting correct goals and putting in the amount of effort needed for task fulfillment are equally important. I hope that my words would be helpful to you when you want to achieve something you desire.

Below is the speech to local businessmen persuading them into the recruitment of old employees.

Dear youngsters of high positions in your companies,

I am here to persuade you young people to employ old people like me to your companies. I am to tell you all that nowadays, old people like us are no longer illiterate or not being IT savvy. We have progressed tremendously from the passing years. Maybe you do not believe me, but really, and I swear that I printed out this piece of paper, which I am holding firmly to now, using Microsoft Word 2007. I also have a Maplesea account and my character is currently a hermit ranked at level 179. You also may think that we need more learning time compared to fresh university graduates, but nevertheless, if we are willing to learn until we get a complete understanding of the situation or operating method, we would also achieve the same thing, isn't it. We also have advantages such as knowing how to deal with matters so that the matter is resolved peacefully and being tactful and wise compared to some immature graduates. Here is all I have to say, please reconsider and think whether old people are as worthless as you thought before. Thank you.

An old woman,

Liew Ah Lian

Below is the speech for the Governor's annual " Meet the People" session

Dear fellow compatriots,
In this year's session, I would like to talk about the hardships that the farmers are experiencing now due to the reforestation/conservation project by the officials. So due to the energy-consuming tasks, the farmers are facing hardships. The definition of the word "farmer is a person who grows field crops, and/or manages orchards or vineyards, or raises livestock or poultry. Their products are usually sold in a market or, in a subsistence economy, consumed by the family or pooled by the community. With the above information, I hope that you all can get a slight grasp of what a farmer does. Our farmers have really forsaken their job of fielding crops or managing orchids or vineyards to help to restore our natural environment. They are very kind and have a sense of global-awareness. They are also our food-producers, without them, we would have nothing to eat. Hence, farmers are noble and they are indispensable in our daily life. We wouldn't want to eat Genetically modified food which does not taste nice if there are no farmers. We should not look down on them as blue collars who have a meagre earning and can hardly make both ends meet. We should really not do that. With regards, I will end my speech here. Thank you.

Below is the speech prepared.

Dear citizens of Japan,

I, the member of the SPCA (Scoiety for the Prevention of Cruelty To Animals) will be delivering a speech today to raise your awareness of the cruelty of whaling in our country regarding to issue of killing an increasing number of whales lately. For the first time since the 1970's, the International Whaling Commission (IWC) could be under the control of the whalers, a certain disaster for the world's whales. Despite strong evidence that 'scientifc whaling' is unlawful, Japan plans on killing
even more whales next year, including the endangered humpback whale: the singer of the sea. Japan is also killing protected whales in a marine mammal sanctuary, selling illegal whale meat and buying pro-whaling votes in an international decision-making body. More than 25,000 whales have been hunted and killed since the ban on whaling was imposed. Even more shocking, this unsanctioned killing is happening in the protected waters of Antarctica’s Southern Ocean Marine Sanctuary, defying international law. How is this possible? I hope that this can raise your awareness and we shouldn't, really shouldn't kill those innocent whales. Thank you.

Yours Sincerely,
Mouri Ran
(the writing above is not a provocation to Japan)
