Hi guys,
I believe all of you have watched "Teletubbies" when you were young. When I first viewed this children TV programme, I thought it was very interesting and innocent."Time for teletubbies..... time for teletubbies.... Tinky Winky, Dipsy, La-la, Po..... Teletubbies... teletubbies.... say hello!!"
I still remembered that I was fond of La-la because I liked yellow as it was most compatible with the green background. Tinky Winky is purple; Dipsy is green and Po red. They four all have different shaped-like antennas on their heads and speak in baby language. There is always narrator depicting what they were doing or thinking. At the beginning of their theme song, there is a sun arising from the horizon and at the core of it exists a face of a baby. The four of them each have a white blank space at their tummies and at the end of every episode, one of it will light up depending on which one of the Teletubbies is the most obedient and commendable for that specific episode. I simply loved it when I was about 6. And now, Teletubbies seemed to be barred on TV as the viewers supposed that the purple character, Tinky Winky, is gay.

Some of you think that at the age of 14, we shouldn't discuss such scandalous and controversial issues. But I like to be radical; and don't think that following convention is always a good thing. Being to absorbed into rules and stuck to the flow can make you lose yourself as a person eventually. As you can see, Tinky Winky stands in a quite sissy posture and the more distinct feature is that he carries a red handbag. Some people even exaggerate his homosexuality as he has a triangle on his head, which is a sign for gay people.
Firstly, I think that banning Teletubbies is a wise choice because screening it will possibly influence the young pure souls. Boys will think that it is okay to them to carry handbags and wear high-heel shoes or even go for manicure treatments. This will cause chaos in the whole wide world. I presume that this is why "purple" instantly became the international gay colour in the world.
Secondly, answering to Tinky Winky's behaviour, I don't think it is definitely gay to behave in such manner. Who as a boy, has not carried his mother's handbag when he was below the age of 2? The Teletubbies are babies and I think that the producer original intention wasn't to promote homosexuality. It was simply a overlook on his part. So long as the four of them do not do things that cross the line such as wearing heels or applying lipstick, my cup of acceptance is not overfilled.
Lastly, I want to comment on homosexuality. I don't ostracise people who are gay neither do I encourage homosexuality. It is not shameful neither glorious to be gay. It is just another way of living your life. However, most of the people on Earth do not agree with me. They despise gay people and regard them as disgusting creatures that disrupted the normal love cycle. I am very democratic and liberal and is neutral towards gay people.
